Essential Reprogramming with Attachment Release is a highly effective therapy protocol incorporating the release of energetic attachments, and reprogramming of conditioning and belief systems through the subconscious mind. Designed and perfected by Lou Palmer of Essential Awareness over the last 6 years, Essential R.A.R. draws upon various techniques including emotional freedom technique, emotrance, eye movement desensitisation reprogramming, spirit release, neuro linguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy, and hypnosis.
