How does it work?
- Essential Awareness uses a combination of Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. You will address your underlying belief and behaviour patterns regarding food and weight release, ridding yourself of a lifetime habit of comfort/boredom/reward eating!
- In a one day 1-on-1 workshop your unconscious mind can believe that a gastric band has been fitted, shrinking the size of your stomach so you will only be able to eat small portions of food.
How long does it take?
- Your band is fitted in a one day 1-on-1 3hr workshop
How much work will I have to put in?
