Hello and welcome to my first news letter of 2010
My apologies that it has been a long time coming; I have been taking time out from writing due to a family bereavement.
Change seems to be even more in full flow than ever before, not only for us as individuals but globally as well. We are deeply conditioned to feel uncertain of change, perhaps even to fear it- if the recent media coverage of the elections is anything to go by… But what is there to fear really? Everyday there is a massive amount of change going on within each and every one of us. Our cells die off and new ones are made, with every breath we release the old and bring in the new. What a strange world this would be if nothing ever changed!
Quite often the fear is not due to change itself but of the unknown. Well its time to wake yourself up and tune in for a reality check! Whenever you feel fearful, ask yourself is this fear justified or am I loosing perspective on what is really happening in my day to day existence? By living with this one question you have the power to change your own life, instantaneously!
