"For almost 6 years, I had been working with many different therapists to overcome my childhood traumas, that have come back to haunt me in adult life. Until I met Lou, a couple of months ago I had lost hope of leading a normal life and was convinced I was going to stay a prisoner in my own home! Through working with Lou, I was able to gain my life back in a more positive way and I always felt as though I was not just another client! Thank you Lou..."
Often the fear of having a panic attack in a setting where there is no easy means of escape brings on the anxiety related with agoraphobia and, as a result, sufferers may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. This anxiety may also include crowds, wide open spaces or travelling, even a short distance.
In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty travelling from this "safe place".
Working over the telephone with severe cases has provided relief for many of my clients. Thus preventing the viscous circle of not being able to leave the house to receive the therapy, which will enable the client to be free of their anxiety.
I combine subconscious reprogramming with hypno-CBT, to provide my client with the knowledge and self help techniques to enable them to feel empowered and able in moving forward with their goals.
Lou is offering a limited number of FREE telephone consultations to find out how this could work for you. Don't miss out - you have nothing to lose by finding out more! CALL NOW on 0800 8406 123 or 07811 173717
